About the theme
Across aviation, people carry more than schedules and checklists, fatigue, responsibility, and the emotional weight of safety-critical work. IPAAC 2026 opens space to discuss that honestly. This year's venue emphasizes our foundational focus on the mental health, training boundaries, and holistic well-being of aviation safety-critical personnel.
Through talks, workshops, and peer exchange, the conference explores how aviation can keep strengthening mental wellbeing, peer support, and operational resilience; in individuals, inside and outside the industry.
The venue — Kanha Shanti Vanam
Kanha Shanti Vanam the world headquarters of Heartfulness near Hyderabad, is not a conventional conference venue, a vast campus built around meditation, wellbeing, nature, and sustainable living.
The campus offers conference facilities, accommodation, dining, wellness spaces, and gardens within one integrated environment. Morning meditation, yoga, and sattvic vegetarian meals make the venue part of the conference experience itself.
Registration & Accommodation
Registration for IPAAC 2026 is handled on IPAAC’s official booking site. Accommodation can be booked at Kanha Shanti Vanam for those who wish to stay on campus, participants are also welcome to arrange their own accommodation elsewhere in Hyderabad.
