Research

Aviation trusts data over instinct. That's how it built such a safe machine. We want the same rigour turned on the human inside it. Most research coming out of this region right now is commercial. What passengers want. Which routes. Which amenities. Almost none of it looks at the people actually operating the system.

Within the indiviudal

We're building the evidence base that doesn't exist here yet. Data on fatigue, workload, availability and human performance across every role in the operation, not only the cockpit. Pilots, cabin crew, air traffic controllers, engineers, ground staff, airport staff. Aviation is bigger than any one job. The research needs to be too.

Within the industry

Data only matters if it moves something. We want the findings to land where decisions actually get made: with regulators, training organisations, and operators. Evidence they can act on. A real basis for training standards, for policy, for how rosters and support systems get designed. Instead of working on assumption.

Outside the industry

Research also means understanding the public. How much people actually know about what keeps a flight safe, and where they'd like this conversation to go. We're building that picture too, through surveys and published articles, alongside the industry-facing data.

India is entering the fastest aviation growth in the world right now, with very little published research to match it. Which makes it an open door for academic collaboration. We're building toward peer-reviewed publishing, and we'd welcome researchers and institutions who want to explore this region with us.
